Seedy Nutty Original, Chocolate and Crumbles shared the Crossroads Community Food Network tables with graduates of the Crossroads Microenterprise Training program Zenful Bites serving up ginger and basil drinks, plus some exotic puddings. Other Crossroads grads, El Tianguis Tacos , Nancia’s Antojitos and Roy and RT’s Kitchen and Garden and Mona’s Capital City Sweets and Treats were also on the scene.
Seedy Nutty also got a taste of quality artisanal chocolate fudge from the Chocolatier’s Palette. One piece dubbed hot chocolate was spiked with cayenne pepper and another combined pomegranate with walnuts. The fudge melts in your mouth and goes down like a glass of fine wine savored slowly. Seedy Nutty also met some potential business partners interested in Seedy Nutty after she gets her ServSafe Manager License.
